This policy explains how data is handled through the Oriens Academy website and contact services.
Information we collect
We may process your name, email, phone number, message and academic needs submitted through contact and consultation forms. Limited technical log data may also be retained for security and service continuity.
Purpose of processing
Data is used to answer requests, schedule consultations, deliver education and consultancy services, protect the service and improve quality.
Student accounts
When an account is created, profile, appointment, lesson, homework, package usage and payment-history data may be processed to provide education services. Passwords are managed by Supabase Auth; Oriens Academy does not manually store passwords in its database.
Communication and service delivery
We may contact you about your request by email or through another contact method you provide.
Retention and security
Data is retained only as long as needed for service, security and applicable obligations. Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are used to reduce unauthorised access.
Third-party infrastructure
Trusted hosting, database, email and security providers may process data only to the extent required to deliver the service.
Payment data
Payment records may include transaction details such as package, amount, method and a bank transaction reference. Oriens Academy does not store raw card numbers or CVV values. Once card payment is enabled, card details are processed directly through the bank's hosted or tokenised secure payment flow.
